We present a new sandwich roll as part of our Galician-style range. These areflat-bottomed rolls baked in a stone oven, which lends them special characteristics in both the crust and the crumb.

PREPARATION. Bread made with 100% whole wheat flour, giving it its intense color, aroma, and flavour.

CRUST. Visually, it is notable for its dark color and rustic crust.

CRUMB. Hydrated crumb with some alveolation that lightens the texture and makes it pleasant to bite into.
