It is made with 69% of Cereals and 12% Seeds. All flavor outside and inside.

Cereals: wheat, rye, rolled oats.

Seeds: sunflower seeds, flax, sesame, pumpkin seeds.

It is baked in a stone sole oven which enhances its rustic crust and the alveolate crumb.
