Panamar Bakery Group was present at Intersicop, the International Bakery, Pastry, Ice Cream and Coffee Fair, which ran in Madrid from 23 to 26 February and which, year after year, has consolidated its position as the unmissable leading event for professionals in this sector.
At Intersicop, our brands, Panamar, Cobopa, Pacfren and Panusa presented our latest launches, new items that are the inheritance of a long baking and pastry-making tradition and which follow current food trends: health/natural and pleasure/enjoyment.
What’s more, our master pastry chef Marcel has given some practical workshops offering tips for finishing and decorating the Hoops and Pastries to personalise them and get the most out of them.
