Bun 5 slices of Ham and Cheese

- Bake at 170º for 5 minutes

Ingredients for de pastry cream
- 250 ml of milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 g of white sugar
- 22 g of cornstarch
Method:
Heat the milk with half the sugar in a saucepan. It need not come to a boil, but it must be very hot.
In the meantime, beat the yolks with the cornstarch and the rest of the sugar in a bowl. Once it is well combined, add a splash of the hot milk and stir well. Add rest of the milk in two loads, until it is well mixed and put the whole mixture in the saucepan. Heat it until it thickens. Relax, it only takes a few minutes. Don't put it on a very high heat because it will stick. While it thickens, stir it very well so that lumps don't form and, after thickening, beat it intensely until you have a smooth cream.
Ball Hoops with Marshmallows
Ingredients:
- Pastry cream inside
- Pastry cream on top
- Gelatin

Hamburger with Neutra Ball Hoop
Ingredients:
- Mayonnaise
- Sliced tomato
- Hamburger
- Bacon

Cut the bun in half with a knife. A good tip before doing this step is to put it in the fridge all morning, so that the bun acquires greater consistency and is easier to handle on the grill.
In a frying pan, add a little butter and put the bun in face down, that is, the doughy part, to grill it a little.
We take the hamburgers and cook them on the grill, flipping them over and over, with a little oil. We have taken a ready-made hamburger, but if you are good at it or you already have a hamburger recipe, you can make it as long as they don't have ingredients with strong flavours since they'd ruin the recipe.
Meanwhile, in a separate frying pan, we fry the bacon strips (without oil, since the bacon has plenty of fat of its own). Bacon is very aggressive when fried, so get a lid ready to avoid getting burnt.
When the hamburger is ready (according to your taste), place two slices of cheese and two of hot bacon on top of the hamburger. Then take the lid of any pot big enough to cover the hamburgers and place it over it.
As a serving suggestion, the hamburger can be accompanied with french fries, but only if you want, since the dish already has enough energy for a whole day. Bon appétit!
