Panamar is a company specialising in the manufacture of bread and pastries from frozen doughs, founded in 1990 at Albuixech (Valencia).
In 2000, the MartÃnez Ruiz brothers, the former owners of ReposterÃa MartÃnez, bought 90% of Nuevos Desarrollos Panaderos (Nudespa) through the Grupo Panstar.

In 2002, the refurbishment of the production facilities began with a budget of close to 12 million euros, an area of 11,000 m2 and an Automatic High Performance Storage System that is unique in the sector, with capacity for 3,600 pallets. The following years were used to consolidate, until, in 2007, the family decided that the change should also be visible to outsiders. That is when Nudespa was renamed Panamar, and the company’s corporate image was changed to make it friendlier and more approachable.
