Large, to share and filled with quality ingredients in small pieces, in pure mediterranean style.
We make a good dough with wheat flour with a touch of egg and milk, to add a special bouquet.
We fill it with premium quality ingredients, in small pieces, pre-fried so that it is ready to bake in the oven. The main ingredients are tuna (17%) and tomato (7%) accompanied by fried vegetables including aubergine, courgette, pepper and onion and, of course, diced boiled egg.
Its exterior is vibrant, with afork-like seal around the edge, and its surface is decorated with a herringbone pattern that allows a glimpse of the filling to differentiate it from our other pasties.

There are many types of pasty and we have made it with puff pastry. Our puff pastry is wonderful and we love to see the separation of its dough after baking intothin, crunchy leaves.
The dough is made using flour andmargarine and the filling is made with chopped, pre-fried premium quality ingredients so that it is just right after baking. The main ingredients aretuna (17%) and tomato (7%), accompanied by fried vegetables including aubergine, courgette, pepper and onion, and of course diced boiled egg.
