AUTHENTIC KEBAB. We make our kebab filling with thin slices of chicken (22%) in Turkish style, seasoned with a variety of spices: turmeric, curry, paprika, nutmeg, black pepper, cinnamon, and herbs. To make it even juicier, wemix it with a lightly spiced yogurt-flavoured sauce (13.5%), which you’ll recognise as a distinctive kebab feature.
