Its dough is 12.5% cereals (barley, wheat, oats, rye) and seeds (oatmeal flakes, flax and sunflower seeds) and is decorated with sesame seeds, golden flax seeds and brown flax seeds, sunflower sees and buckwheat seeds. It includes sticky labels on the product box to advise of its benefits. It comes fermented. 20% butter.
